The "NIA" (Network of Independent Auctions) helps independent auctions become more competitive in the wholesale automobile market through:

1. National "NIA" website allows participating independent auctions to offer local market knowledge and service to clients on a national level, including major institutional consignors.
2. Retain the local auction's identity within the national website brand.
3. Offering multiple remarketing channels on the website for all vehicles posted, including:
   • Long Term sales time frame (time determined by each auction) for competitive dealer bidding.
   • "Buy Now" feature for any vehicles specifically identified by each auction.
   • Real-time bidding during sale day auctions (Simulcast)
   • Real-time bidding during non-sale-day periods.
   • Offer vehicles consigned to auctions while they are still at consignors' lots (as specified by the auction only)
